We’ve booked, now what?

I will reach out to you as your session date gets closer to decide on a location and time. Or if you already have a spot in mind, feel free to let me know. I am always up for new locations and trying new things out! We have a lot of variety in the Basin, so start thinking if you’d like desert, trees, mountains, fields or water for your scenery. I typically start my sessions about 1-2 hours before sunset depending on location. If an earlier time is needed, that can be arranged.

What should we wear?

My go-to’s are always neutrals. They photograph very well in any scenery. Keep in mind what the backdrop will be though, you might not want to do tans if we are shooting in sand, ect. Deep colors are also very beautiful in images, forest greens, deep purples, slate blue, rust orange. Try to avoid neon bright colors as they can cast colors around. Don’t feel like you have to match super well either, find a staple piece and choose the rest off of it. Avoid mixing a lot of patterns or big logos as the photos will look very busy and we want to focus on your beautiful faces rather than your clothes! Wear something that YOU are comfortable in. How will i recEIVE my images?

From 2-3 weeks after your session I will upload your gallery on an online link that will be sent to you. From there you will be able to download them in high resolution. Make sure to follow the steps to do so. Do not screenshot your images or it will ruin quality for printing. Make sure you download your images on your computer and save them.
